Win a 2-Page Scrapbook Layout!

This month, one person will win a 2-page layout design! This contest is open to all scrapbookers that either have a layout they are unhappy with and want redone OR you have photos that for whatever reason...you just can't scrap.

How to enter:
1. Submit one of the following on or before July 31st via e-mail to celestial.creations@verizon.net:

• photo of layout you would like redone OR
• the topic of the photos that you can't scrap and why you can't scrap them.
  
  

2. On July 31st the winner will be notified of selection.

3. Completed projects will be posted on this Blog and be presented in the next Newsletter. (Not getting the newsletter? Sign up here!)

Winners agree to have the before and after photos published on my blog and in the next newsletter. The winner will pay to have the layout or photos mailed via Priority Mail to me.

Celestial Creations & Scrapbook Supplies will pay for Return Postage.
